Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

Invalid Power of Attorney

I recently found out that my grandmother had a Power of Attorney drawn up with my two aunts as co-POA's and with me (her grandaughter) listed as an alternate. I had no knowledge of this POA until about week after it was supposedly notarized. Is this POA legal? I did not even know that this POA existed. My aunts believe that it is legal because they had the paperwork drawn up by an attorney. I don't believe that it is because it was not notarized correctly.

Re: Invalid Power of Attorney

In what way is it not validly notarized. It it is improperly notarized it may well be invalid. I offer free consultations.
