yes, my mother passes last Friday and my aunt was named the POA and my two sisters and I have been removed from the family due to a falling out in the past with my mother. I we legally entitled to see a copy of the Will?

You aunt's authority under the POA went away when you mom died. You can se the will if it was filed for probate. Otherwise how can you prove there is a will?

Agree with Attorney Davidson. The POA only works while the giver is alive. If the Will was filed for probate, it would be in your county Register of Wills office.
