Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

My rights in fathers estate

My father passed and I was excluded from everything including his will because they say I am not his biological daughter, but he is listed on my birth certificate. Do I have any rights?

Yes, of course. But keep in mind that the law does not require that you receive anything because you are a daughter. If your father made a will, and you are not in the well, then the estate is not required to give you anything. There are other consideration which you should explore with an attorney in your county.
