Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

share and share alike, but my sister wants everything

I only want a few items from the estate, but my sister wants everything of value. Things she can't even use. How do we share and share alike. What suggestions do you have to settle the estate?

If the beneficiaries cannot agree on a distribution amongst themselves the court can force the executor to sell all the items and split the proceeds. Under this scenario you would purchase the items you wish to and then the proceeds would be split. I offer free consultations.
