Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

If I share an checking and savings account in Pennsylvania with my fiancee and he passes does is this considered part of my percentage that is set up in the will and will I have to pay any inhertance tax or other tax on the money?

That's a hard question to answer because "sharing a checking account" does not tell us the legal form of ownership. Like saying "sharing a house;" that doesn't say anything about how it's owned (how the deed is written), so there's no way to figure out what will happen when someone dies.
