Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

trust fund

My children are named in a will as beneficiaries and are supposed to have a trust fund set up for them.I have received no documentation confirming a trust fund has been set up or what it's value is.How do I determine whether there is a trust fund and how do I find out what it's value should be?The executor of the will refuse to give me any information.

Re: trust fund

Get an attorney immediately to contact the executor to protect your interests. You should preferably get someone in the county or near the county where the will has been probated. If you would like to get some further information contact me at my office.
