Wife and I lived for 20 yrs on property without deed. Wife left me one year later I aquired deed. I put property and everything I own in trust to my thee sons with me as trustee. Can she challenge

It depends. Are you divorced or just separated? If divorced, did you own the land when divorced? If you owned the land when divorced and didn't tell your wife, she could possibly challenge it. Contact me if you want to set up an appointment to discuss this further.
