Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

Will for married but second wife with no children

I am married and am a second wife to my husband who has two adult children. I would like to write a will but am unsure what forms I could use online that would reflect this situation. I would like to be able to name specific beneficiaries as my husband is 14 years older than me. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

A simple will (small estate) prepared by an attorney is relatively inexpensive and is probably a better bet then going at it yourself.

If I can be of assistance please do not hesitate to contact me, [email protected] or click on the Attorney Profile Link for my other contact info.

Regards.

Depending on the size of your potential estate it may pay to have your will prepared by an attorney rather than use a form. I offer free consultations.
