Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

being on light duty makes injury worse

injured arm 3 weeks ago on job while performing duties. condition gradually got worse. now cant sleep at night because of pain. what are my rights. (p.s. job is 100 miles from home)

There really isn't a good legal answer to this question. Workers' compensation only pays lost wages if you are unable to work. Only you can determine if the injury makes you unable to work. If it does, you will still need a physician to verify both the effect of the injury and that the injury was work-related.
