Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

is mental stress included by workmans comp ? I had a incident last wednesday where a office manager yelled and threatened me in front of a group of people last week and then expected me to go drive my bus that upset. I ended up in the dr.s office with a week off work, 4 prescriptions and the office manager suspended. Ho9wever sdic denied my claim and said "it was nothing out of the ordinary work day".

How can that be when my work handed me a comp packet, sent me to there dr and said it is comp!

even the doctor said that also?

I dont understand.

can you help?

Lori thank you

Proving that your psychological injury is work-related is VERY difficult. You have to prove that the work-related stress was caused by actual, objective, abnormal working conditions, not just working conditions that YOU perceive as abnormal. If the stress you encounter is typical for the employees of your job, you won't win. If you have a history of not reacting well under stressful conditions, you're going to have a very difficult time winning.
