Pa Worker Comp
I was on worker comp in Pa for 16 years, I settled the money part almost 4 years ago for peanuts, but i recently found out that the medical part of my worker comp is still open due to the fact that a work related neck injury failed in december of 07, where I had to have a 500,000 dollar 8 hr cervical surgery to save my life again. Now worker comp is responsible for this recent surgery could this restart my weekly checks again???

This is an interesting question. My view is that it would be a new work related injury and that you should be entitled to recover wage loss. I think you have a fight on your hands, though.
