Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

work related injury

I left my former employer 1.18.05 after having worked there for two years. While still with the former employer I developed tendinitous in my right arm. I have since changed jobs. My question is, how can I collect compensation due to my injury sustained while working at the former employer? I have not worked there for 3 weeks but developed the problem as a direct cause of the keyboard/computer set up I used while employed there.

Re: work related injury

If you can prove that your symptoms were caused by your work for the former employer, you are entitled to workers comp benefits. It sounds like you're working, so perhaps you have not lost wages. You would still be entitled to medical bill payments for treatment related to the work injury. You need to speak with an experienced workers comp attorney to review this in greater detail. You may contact my office. Good luck!!
