Legal Question in Business Law in Philippines
F is a foreigner and establishes a bar in the Philippines. since he can't own properties,he named his business after her friend,X.Later on, F found out that his friend X is stealing money from his bar. now,F wants to transfer his business name to her new friend Y. what can F do?X is asking money from F before she gives ownership to F. By the way,the bar leases the place and the contract of lease is named after the foreigner and the lessor.

Apply for another license and you have to retire the previous business so that you can apply for a new one. And no need to talk to this thieve friend.
