Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Philippines
Good morning sir/madam:
I just would like to know if the lessor decided to eject the lessee from the rented apartment due to failure to pay rental fee for about 2 months. how many months shall be given to the lessee in order for them to look for new apartment and at the same time look for cash to be used for paying the advance and deposits

The demand to vacate is only for 5 days. Thus, you have to vacate it within five days after receiving the demand letter.
