all that you have to do is file for a petition to have the said marriage nullified. Thereafter, should you want marry again, you can request your next spouse to adopt your child so that the surname of the child can follow that of your next husband. This would make all your surnames uniform. thanks

You could file a case at the Regional Trial Court for the "declaration of nullity of marriage." We could anchor the case on Article 36 of the Family Code on psychological incapacity.
