Legal Question in Workers Comp in Philippines

benefits as employee

can i ask some benefits to my employee, i work as sales representative in selling and i only receive commission and incentives only given defend on my sales per day and also i work at same time as a collector and i never received any salary, can i make a claim to the management where i work ? i dont have SSS, and i never received any benefits and payment? I work for almost 6 years but not straight? do i have any priveledge to claim or to avail?

yes, you can demand for the benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, PagIbig, Minimum Wage, Service Incentive Leave, etc.) from your employer. These benefits are required by the Labor Code (Presidential Decree 442 as amended)
