Is there a law against purposefully impeding business in a 50/50 partnership

If the partnership has a controlling document, you would need to follow the language in the document to remedy any interference of the business by the other partner. Most partnership agreements have an arbitration clause in them. If that is the case with your partnership then you would have to seek a remedy through arbitration. If not you may have to seek relief from the court. Good Luck!
