Legal Question in Criminal Law in Rhode Island
judges
can a judge call you a scum in court and threatin to revoke your bond and put in jail if you dont take a plea bargin and say if you have any questions to speak then tells you to shut up. any info on this or where to get help on this matter would be helpful

You need to get an attorney or a public defender. This doesn't sound like a Court of Common Pleas Judge, at least not in Allegheny County. In fact, the Judges generally want to ensure that the record discloses that a plea is voluntary.
