Legal Question in Disability Law in Saudi Arabia

I was working with an oil and gas company. I was terminated with a PTD program. There were some flaws in the process:
Hi,
I would like to prepare a simple and consise letter to my ex employer letting him know what are the difficulties this termination is causing me now and that it could have been avoided without the mistakes that happened in the process.
I am looking for a lawyer who can write me such letter with the intension of not escalting the problem, I just would like a friendly arrangement between me and my employer.
