Legal Question in Technology Law in Saudi Arabia

I have a law document that I purchased from http://www.findlegalforms.com/

It's about the terms of use and I want to delete and add more to it. Is that okay ?

for example it says ( U.S. Resident. The user must be a U.S. Resident ) I want to delete that and make it to anyone can use the site from any country. Is that okay ?

you cannot delete any of the terms of use. this is a standard form . accept it or leave it.
