Legal Question in Immigration Law in Saudi Arabia

Hi , i live in saudi arabia , and i have free online academy , my question if i incorporate in US and register company there , can i send myself visa ?

i mean can i file a Petition for Immigrant Permanent Worker for my employment in the U.S. with the Department of Citizens and Immigration Services.and Through my business, can i request the Department of State issue an employment-based Visa for travel from my country and throughout the U.S. ?

It depends. If you mean an immigrant investor visa to USA, then the primary question would be if you have a required amount of investment ($1 million dollars), etc. "Free" online academy may be not the right kind of business venture.

There could be also other options, for example, non-immigrant visas.
