Legal Question in Constitutional Law in South Carolina

Can An American citizen sue all those who took an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution and knowingly violate it as an injury to his liberty and freedom to live as a FREE PERSON? This includes U.S. Senators, U.S. Congressmen, Military Officers, Judges, State Officials, or anyone who swore this oath?????

No, at least not successfully. And the fact that you disagree with the way government officials do their jobs does not mean they have violated their oaths.
