Pool Warranty

Hi,

We have an 2.5 yr old inground pool and there is a crack in the plaster that shows above the water line. We have a warranty on the plaster etc. with the pool company. The company states that they will repair the crack but will not match the existing plaster as it is ''aged''. This is an area of approximately 20 sq. ft. Is the company responsible for matching the plaster. Thanks

"Having a warranty," simply isn't enough for someone to answer your question. Only a carefull reading of the warrany will. Good luck.
