How long in the State of South Carolina does a oerson have to wait to re marry after a divorce

There is NO "waiting period" to remarry after a divorce. As soon as your Divorce Decree has been signed by the Judge and filed with the Clerk of Court, you are free to remarry.

It is important to note that you are divorced when the judge "says" so. Your divorce actually becomes final when the Order is signed and filed.
