How to viod a marriage

We were married the same day i was devoiced. The judge did not sign the decree untill two months latter. we have no children. We have been married 4.6 years. We only have a house, in both our names. How can we void this marriage. what kind of paper work is needed. what to do about the house?

Your marriage may not be valid since you were married before you were divorced, as you were not divorced until the Judge signed the Order. You will not know if you are married or if your marriage is void until you bring an action in Family Court to have the Court address your situation.
