Legal Question in Military Law in South Carolina

Probable njp navy

My daughter was sent to the er by her boyfriend (both sailors). The command she is with is now saying that she ''used violence to obtain her goals'', that goal being to leave his home. He had taken her keys, phone and locked the door and continued to push her and block the door. Can this actually happen? She was told she should have sat down and waited it out. When he pushed her and jerked a necklace off of her she finally fought back. This is after a prior incident in which she informed her LPO (who is very good friends with the boyfriend which they both work for) Now it is her not him that is going to be punished. Less than 6 hrs after the incident she was told she would be going to mast. I have read ER reports and police report and it doesn't support this. Not domestic due to Navy definition. She was told this prior to any investigation she was going to mast. She is now dealing with the cmd shutting her out and making her feel like an outcast. She was judged and convicted by all of them by 0700 that morning. I know this is wrong but I don't have any idea what to do to help her. And I am very concerned to be honest as I have spoken with some of them and have tripped them up a couple of times. Please advise...

You and she have several resources, and several options.

I'm surprised that Family Advocacy hasn't been involved in the case, or have they?

What have the police said? I know this can be difficult depending on the command.
