Legal Question in Consumer Law in South Dakota

Recreation Vehicle Contract

I purchased a 2002 Keystone Sprinter 305RKS in July 2002. When looking at the retail/trade in value of the unit I found it is in fact a 2001 model. All the paperwork from the selling dealer states the unit to be a 2002. Is there any recourse so that I--name removed--t lose a years value when I trade the unit?

Re: Recreation Vehicle Contract

You still have time to file a lawsuit for breach of contract and perhaps fraud.
