Legal Question in Disability Law in Tennessee

Prospective Plaintiff seeks representation

How do I find out which local attornies will consider representing a plaintiffs in ADA/FMLA case (hostile environment, retaliation, wrongful discharge)? The Dept. of Labor Solicitors office told us to check the local newspaper website, but we can't find any stories in the archive that mentions any of these types of actions. The larger lawfirms seem only to represent large, intitutional defendants.

The National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) has a web site that can locate attorneys in your area to handle employment claims. There are also resources at LawOffice.com to locate an attorney, as well as this site.

My firm handles such claims for workers. You can also find other names at findlaw.com, lawoffice.com and lawyers.com. I hope this is helpful. Please contact me if I can be of more assistance to you.

I cannot answer questions, give legal advice, or quote fee rates over e-mail for several reasons. First, in order to answer questions, I may need to ask you several questions or review documents. Also, because there is no confidentiality with e-mail, some authorities have said that I would be in violation of ethical restrictions. Additionally, if you are already represented, I need to know that in order to ethically render legal advice. Finally, please understand that I make my living rendering legal opinions.

Feel free to call Karen Nickelson, my paralegal, at (901) 527-5522, and set an appointment for an in-person consultation or a telephone consultation. Karen will be glad to assist you with any additional questions about our services or fees.

I would appreciate you letting me know what city you live in.
