Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Tennessee
I am currently in foreclosure, but have a full price offer on my home that I have had sine 2006. It came to my attention in May 2011 that I do not have a marketable title do to the original title company not clearing all liens. My lender is not providing me with an extension to allow for the closing and now they are proceeding with the foreclosure sale, what recourse do I have if any against the title company or closing agent?
