1 Answer from Attorneys

1- The judge who handled your case can waive (forgive) almost al the money you owe. You can file a motion in the court that convicted you and ask. Be ready to show the judge all your expenses, and proof of your income.

2- Your parole officer may be able to have parole supervision fees reduced or eliminated, or tell you how to have the judge waive them.
