Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
My ex was stalking me in a rental car he uses for his work, which is a rental car company. I have an Order of Protection against him, and he has already violated it. My friend caught him in the rental car stalking my home and i found out she mad an anonymous call to report him to the rental company. Could this affect my order of protection against him? (Like could he get it dropped because my friend reported him?)
