Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee

Under/over involvement

Is there an age of concent or means of concent where as someone under 18 years of age can legally be involved in a relationship with someone over 30? Dosen't this vary per state? I am trying to resolve a chat room discussion among those of us who are not lawyers.
