I have a 7 year old my former spouse is haveing overnight vistors is there anything I can do it's not in my original papers

If you were divorced in Tennessee, or if Tennessee has been determined to be the Home State of your child if you were not divorced in this state, you have the right to Petition the Court to modify your parenting papers to prevent overnight guests. The law in Tennessee is that once parties are divorced, it is necessary to prove harm to your child before a Court is supposed to modify parenting papers to prevent overnight guests in the presence of your child.
