Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

What do i do

I have a an agreed court order for my 6 year old daughter,He does not have to pay child support.we would swap her week to week untill final court date.We were never given a final court date.Now it is affecting my daughters behavior,school grades ect. what can i do to get it changed to where he has visatation every other weekend and make him pay child support

You would have to file a petition for full custody and most likely a new parenting plan, if one has been filed already.
