Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

I am getting divorced. My spouse had an affair that resulted in a child that was not mine. Can I sue her for back child support? Also, I was told that depending on how the divorce ends, I could sue her for fraud. How so? I live in the state of Tennessee.

You would need to provide significantly more information because the answer to your question is driven by the facts surrounding your marriage. If you already have an attorney, you should consult with that attorney because all of the issues you raised in this question must, if they are to be addressed at all, be addressed as part of the divorce process.

There are ways to sue for an injury such as fraud as part of a divorce, but the likelihood of success depends again on the facts you are able to present to the Court.
