If there is no fight as to the terms this can be done fairly easily. In TN there is a 60 day waiting period 90 if there are children involved. This period begins to run as soon as a complaint for divorce is filed with the clerk. There is a filing fee for the complaint with the court and various documents that will be required to be filed. An uncontested divorce of this nature can generally be handled by an attorney for a relatively low cost. Please contact me if you would like any additional information
