Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

I'm married but we don't have any properties together. NOTHING! However we do have a son but we don't have any custodial issues with him. By filing for a divorce with him is there any way I can get one without it being contested?

If you are both in agreement on all the details it can be uncontested - there is still a marital dissolution agreement and parenting plan that must be executed prior to the case being finalized. LEt us know if we can be of service.
