should a foreigner want to divorce me

I am looking into marrying a Ukrainian or Russian woman. I have never married and has saved this to do one time and not divorce. If after I meet and marry this woman - 3 years later she wants to divorce under no real reason (but to have her ''freedom in the U.S.A.) can I file fraud and have her deported as long as I have never physically or mentally abused her???

The marriage must be genuine to begin with. Claiming marriage fraud after sponsoring her for lawful permanent residence could subject both you and her to criminal prosecution.
