Legal Question in Personal Injury in Tennessee

My 15 yr old son drove a lawnmower off a cliff

Can I sue my parents? They own a marina and campgrounds business in Tennessee. They are required to keep a liability insurance policy as part of their lease agreement with the US Army Corps of Engineers. My 15 yr old son accidentally drove a riding lawnmower off a cliff into the lake below. He could have been killed but fortunately only bruised some ribs. There should have been some sort of barrier or safety guard rail in place but there's nothing! Can family members sue family members?

Of course, family members can sue other family members, but as with any civil suit one would first want to determine whether there are any significant damages worth pursuing.

That would not appear to be the case in the situation which you've described.
