My surgery was performed by a Fellowship Dr. without the Supervising Dr. present. I was not aware at the time that the Dr. was only a fellowship Dr. I know have permant Kidney damage and chronic pain i have had close to 20 surgeries. Is there any legal action i can take to be reimuberesed for medical bills.

Re: Surgeries

The answer to your question may depend on when the hysterectomy took place. There are filing deadlines with which you must comply and you should really call an experienced medical malpractice lawyer as soon as possible to discuss this. Please feel free to contact our office at 901.527.9600. I wish you the very best of luck with this
