What is the criteria for unlawful termination when l didn't want to resign but i was forced to resign or i was going to get fired anyway?

Unless you have an Employment Agreement signed by you and the employer, I cannot advise you as to your options.

I will tell you that most employment is "at will" which means that you can be fired or terminated by an employer for any reason at any time. That does not mean that you may not have relief available to you under the law and if you were terminated without cause.

You need to contact an employment attorney. They can look at the law and the EEOC in order to see if you have any options -
