Legal Question in Administrative Law in Texas

finding owner of Person Mail Box (private mail box service)

I am attempting to find the owner and actual address--name removed--someone who uses a personal mail box (PMB) as an address. I am attempting to bring civil action against the holder (internet fraud) however I need to get the individuals actual name and home address. Is there a (LEGAL) way to obtain that information?

There are two possible avenues of approach. One is to hire a private investigator to use whatever (legal) means are known to that profession to obtain the information. This may work, but some PIs do not always use lawful means and you may not get the information needed after all.

The second approach is through the courts. There are ways to use court orders to obtain information needed to sue or serve papers, or to obtain permission to serve by publication.

You would need a lawyer for method #2, but in the long run you should get better results.

I assume that by "personal mail box" you mean a private mail receiving facility such as run by companies like "Mail Boxes Etc." for hard-copy correspondence, and not a USPS P.O. box nor a virtual "mailbox" for receipt of e-mail.
