Does bankruptcy discharge a real estate judgement in TX ?

Without seeing the judgment, I cannot definitively answer. Generally speaking, it does discharge the personal liability.

If the lien was not secured by the real property, and the creditor was given notice of the bankruptcy, a bankruptcy will discharge it. If the lien was against the real property, such as a mortgage or deed of trust, the bankruptcy will probably not take away the secured party's right to foreclose on the property.
