Is the review material custom made or are you using available published material? If the material is custom by you, be sure to copyright it. Are you using an assumed business name? If so, you need to register it with the county where you are located as this not only complies with the law it can be some protection of the name. Do you have trademarks you use that might need registration or copyright protection? A contract or detailed letter describing your services would be good, especially if you secure some written acknowledgement from the student that they have received the document. If your students are under 18 you may want something signed by a parent or guardian. There may be other things needed but would need far more info than I now have.
