Legal Question in Technology Law in Texas

I am a 17 year old male in texas. A girl who is 15 i used to talk to alot and we sometimes would send inappropriate messages to each other. No nudes or asking for sex and in no way did i try to make her do anything sexual. I stopped talking to her for awhile and 3 weeks ago i made a mistake and sent her an inappropriate kik message. My profile doesn't have my picture or my name. It just has an old email i had. Her mom saw the message and said she was going to report it. I begged and said i won't ever do it again she said i could have sent that to a pedo or a cop trying to catch a pedo. I said I'm truly sorry and you scared me i promise i won't do it again and said she could block me. I never heard anything back so i deleted kik and i am staying off of it. Do you think she reported me? Can the cops track my location because we live in different states. Kik said they will only provide info of an account if there is a suicide threat, threat of violence or loss of security. Did i do any of that? I am a minor in texas i think so can anything happen to me? This happened three weeks ago and i regret being an idiot

Do we think she reported you? We have no ESP. Yes the cops can track your location. Any service will provide whatever they have if the cops subpoena it. Once done, crimes cannot simply be erased. There is little for you to do unless the cops arrest you, but there is lots you should not do. You seems to now have an idea what not to do ever again. Time will likely heal this if you don't aggravate things.
