Illegal search and seizure

Boyfriend had blue warrant,i was visiting him sherriffs rolled up.asked if he's there was told dont know asked to come in and look.found him in bathroom arrested him put in car.came in bedroom I''m in ask my name,i tell em ask for ID say its in purse,i'll get it says stay seated hed get it takes my purse goes through it finds 3 baggies w\residue meth,1and1/2 gms weedand syringew\40 units of spoonwash of ice,arrestedfor poss of meth.cuffed put in car.not read rights nor searched. get to jail,tell me i also had a warrents traffic,city.get booked.took to change clothes,get caught w\16 gms of ice.pissed em off.they put me in rubber room till next day.judgeputs bail on syringe mari,and tr.warrents, but tells me,has prob.with poss of CS in Corr.Facility,should have found it prior to being in there,dont put bond on it.bond out,indicted on poss w\intent del.cont subs. No prior fel. had mis.weed chg.my whole life I'm 43. Tryin to give me 10 yrs TDC Orig.analysis on syringe and baggies,no analysis,16 now 13 grms,methamphetamine.Where the heck did he get rights to take my purse,already had BF arrested,thats all they came for.There is someething major wrong here.My $2,000.lawyer,sucks,hes going along w DA'S offer.Someone please give insight pl
