Auto repair foul

I took my car to a brand name auto shop and when the quoted my a price that i knew was to high i took my car somewhere else. but found out later by the other shop that they had done damages to my car and put my life at risk. so how do i take this auto repair shop franchise to court? where do i start?

You start by hiring a lawyer. Your situation is far more complicated than "he owes me money", and not something you want to do it yourself in Small Claims.
