Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Who is my client? I am a small photography business owner. Bide and groom are listed in contract as "CLIENT". However, I did not catch when contract was submitted that brides parents signed the contract. Now, bride wants one thing and her parents want another. Both acceptable under the contract...but which do I honor?

I assume that you got the money from the bride's parents and not from the bride herself.
That makes the bride's parents your client(s).
Also, the bride's parents are the ones who are bound to pay you, not the bride herself.
