Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

Credit cards

I owe credit cards. Up to know my credit has been excellent, but know faced with debts can't pay. Been harrassed with wage garnishments, liens against my home. Etc. If i can't pay these and i pass away and left will, can my adult child live in home or they force to sell to pay debts

Your home should be filed as homestead...creditors, other than mortgagors, home improvement loans, cannot take it.After you die, they may if they have judgments but you could transfer now to a trust or some entity to prevent that....contact a lawyer now..
