Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
I recently purchased a vehicle and was told I was also purchasing a maintenance package. However, when I went for my first maintenance, I was told that I did not have any maintenance package. I have spoken with the financial manager at Roger Beasley Audi who was the one who sold me the maintenance package, and he acknowledges the issue, but still has not resolved it after 2 months. Is there anything I can do legally to speed up the process?

First, take a look at your contract and see if it has a maintenance package listed and that you were charged for it. Next, look through your paperwork and see if you have the terms of the package. (who is responsible for providing the maintenance and who pays for it). If you have all in order, then try calling the general manager of the dealership. From there, if you still haven't been helped, look for the phone number for the Audi factory representative for your area.
